When entering our premises, there are CCTV cameras for client and counsellor safety. By agreeing to meet your counsellor you are consenting to be recorded. This data is kept on a secure server and deleted after 6 months.

How we collect and use information.

The website is not designed to collect personally identifiable visitor information, and therefore we only occasionally receive individual information from visitors.

Visitors choosing to write to us using any forms on the site give their explicit consent (as per GDPR) to being contacted by Therapy for Life in association with their communication, using the personal details submitted on the form. Such enquiries may be passed to the relevant department for appropriate response; however personal details received in this manner will not be logged by the website and not given to third parties outside of Therapy for Life.

Other consultant therapists using the room or advertised are not employees of Therapy for Life, and therefore not associated or linked to the company in any way. Any disputes or complaints must be made directly to the therapist concerned. Your explicit consent will always be gained via email or text before sharing personal details with other counsellors when referring.
